Players/Club Gym Memberships o PLAYER memberships for £18 per month that will allow them access to use both gyms, Canton and Nantgarw. o If on any other nights any of the players want additional fitness training/group sessions we can do that for them. o Gym membership offered to MEMBERS (coaches/committee etc) of the club and players’ parents for £20 per month, again they can use both gyms. Physiotherapy o Access to a fully Chartered Physiotherapist. o Particularly effective at rehab so will get players fit and playing again quicker than most. o This will be at a cost negotiated with Pete, the Physio, on £/hour basis.
